Bosah U Brand Ambassador Agreement

This Bosah U Brand Ambassador Agreement (“Agreement”) governs participation in the Bosah U Ambassador Program (“Program”).
By applying to become a Bosah U Ambassador (“Ambassador”), you agree to the following terms and conditions with Bosah U, LLC (“Company,” “we,” or “us”).
1. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old and reside in the United States.
- You must have an active online presence, professional network, or client base relevant to real estate, business, or entrepreneurship.
- You may not be a competitor or represent a company offering similar educational programs.
- All applications are subject to approval by Bosah U. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application for any reason.
2. Approval Process
- After submitting your application, our team will review your information and determine whether you qualify for the program.
- Approved Ambassadors will receive a confirmation email with login access, referral link(s), and promotional materials.
- Rejected applicants may reapply at a later date.
3. Commissions
- Approved Ambassadors earn a commission on qualified sales made through their unique referral link.
- The standard commission rate is 15%, with potential upgrades up to 25% for top-performing Ambassadors.
- Commission rates are based on the course subtotal (before taxes or fees).
- All sales are final. Bosah U does not offer refunds, ensuring that commissions are final and irreversible once a sale is completed.
- You will not earn commissions on your own purchases.
4. Payment Terms
- Payouts are issued monthly (Net 30) following the close of the month in which the sale occurred.
- Minimum payout balance: $50.
- Payout methods include Zelle, PayPal, or direct deposit (as chosen in your application).
- You are responsible for providing accurate payment information.
- You are responsible for any taxes owed on commissions earned.
- U.S. Ambassadors who earn $600 or more annually must submit a completed W-9 for tax purposes.
5. Promotion Guidelines
- Ambassadors must promote Bosah U with integrity and professionalism.
- Misleading, false, or exaggerated claims (e.g., “get rich quick,” “guaranteed results”) are strictly prohibited.
- Ambassadors may only use official marketing materials provided by Bosah U or materials pre-approved in writing.
- You may not use paid ads (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) that bid on Bosah U’s brand name or domain.
- You must disclose your affiliation per FTC guidelines. Example:
“As a Bosah U Ambassador, I may receive a commission if you enroll using my link.”
6. Brand Conduct
- Ambassadors represent Bosah U’s brand and reputation.
- You agree to maintain a professional online presence and avoid any conduct (public or private) that may harm the brand, including discriminatory, defamatory, or unethical behavior.
- Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
7. Termination
- Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice.
- Bosah U reserves the right to immediately terminate an Ambassador’s participation for any violation of these terms.
- Upon termination, all rights to use Bosah U’s name, materials, or links cease immediately.
8. Intellectual Property
- Bosah U owns all trademarks, content, logos, and materials related to its products.
- Ambassadors are granted limited, non-exclusive rights to use Bosah U’s name and materials solely for the purpose of promoting the courses.
- You may not alter or resell Bosah U materials in any form.
9. Limitation of Liability
- Bosah U will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from this Program.
- Our total liability under this Agreement shall not exceed the total commissions paid to you during the six months preceding the claim.
10. Independent Contractor Status
- You are not an employee, agent, or representative of Bosah U.
- You are an independent contractor responsible for your own marketing, taxes, and business activities.
- This Agreement does not create any partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship.
11. Modification of Terms
- Bosah U may update or modify these terms at any time, with notice via email or on our website.
- Continued participation after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
12. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
13. Acceptance
By submitting your application or participating in the Bosah U Ambassador Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to all terms outlined in this Agreement.
